What's the return and exchange or refund policy?

We want to help you find the products that are the perfect fit for your skin, health & lifestyle. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase.  For that reason we offer sample and travel sizes on many products so that you can try them before you make a full size product purchase.

LUXE Heavenly Bodies is an artisanal skincare line- every product in our line is made in small batches with great care and detail, for optimum freshness.

While it is our deepest hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us,  we understand that skin type is unique and individual, and resonates differently with skincare products. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions, or if you have sensitive and reactive skin.  

We do accept returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase if the item is unused, or lightly used.  Bottles and Jars less than 3/4 full are considered more than lightly used.  

DAMAGE: If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send a photo of the damaged items to sales@lhb-usa.com  within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We may ask you to send the broken items back to us (we will cover shipping costs) before sending your new item.
