What's the return and exchange or refund policy?
We want to help you find the products that are the perfect fit for your skin, health & lifestyle. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase. For that reason we offer sample and travel sizes on many products so that you can try them before you make a full size product purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
LUXE Heavenly Bodies is an artisanal skincare line- every product in our line is handmade in small batches with great care and detail.
While it is our deepest hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us, we understand that skin type is unique and individual, and resonates differently with skincare products. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions, or if you have sensitive and reactive skin.
LUXE Heavenly Bodies does not and will not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic response, or if a product does not resonate with your skin.
DAMAGE: If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. In order for us to replace the items for you, we require that you send a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We may ask you to send the broken items back to us (we will cover shipping costs) before sending your new item. Please note, if these steps are not taken, then we will be unable to replace the broken items- there are no exceptions.
We're committed to health and safety standards beyond what is required legally in the United States.
Over 1,600 chemicals are banned or restricted in personal care products in the European Union which has much higher cosmetic safety standards.
If it's not permissible in the European Union, we don't use it either.
